Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support 

Course Description:  ACLS is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units.

ACLS Skills:  This course can be done for initial ACLS certification or renewal but, is NOT recommended for first time ACLS students. This is a Hybrid course with an online portion done through the American Heart Association, which can take anywhere from 4-6 hours, and an in class skills testing portion, which take 1-2 hours. 

After completion of the online portion, students attend a structured ACLS hands-on skills session. The skills session is required in order to complete the training and receive your Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification card.
