Basic Life Support Renewal (BLS Renewal)

Course Description: The American Heart Association BLS Provider Renewal course is designed for healthcare professionals and first responders who may need to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation to patients in a wide variety of settings, as well as individuals enrolled in a healthcare training program. This is an 3-hour in-person course.

Who Can Enroll: This course is for students with a current non-expired BLS card issued by the AHA. Once your BLS card has expired you are no longer eligible to attend a renewal course. Please bring proof of your current non-expired BLS card.

Class Format: 3CPR BLS Provider courses include a blend of AHA presentations, guided discussion, and hands-on practice with scenarios aimed at improving patient outcomes. Students must be physically capable of performing high-quality chest compressions.

Pre-Course Work: There is no precourse work required for this class.

Outcomes: Within 72 hours of successful completion of the class, you will receive BLS certification, issued by the American Heart Association, that is valid for two years.

Important Note: A valid email address is required to register for this course and access the online modules. The email address entered during the registration process must belong to the student.
