Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support 

Course Description:  ACLS is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units.

ACLS Skills:  This course can be done for initial ACLS certification or renewal but, is NOT recommended for first time ACLS students.

HeartCode ACLS Part 1: This is a Hybrid course that requires the AHA HeartCode ACLS online portion (approx. 4-6 hours) to be completed prior to the skills class (approx. 4 hours). 

After completion of the AHA HeartCode ACLS online portion, students attend a structured ACLS hands-on skills session. The skills session is required in order to complete the training and receive your Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification card.

• ACLS course completion card authorized by the American Heart Association, valid for two years.
